MARTIN ROY

Martin is a partner and co-founder of EC2. An expert in business financing and transfers with over 20 years of experience, he assists entrepreneurs in successfully completing their business financing, sale, and acquisition transactions. 

Prior to that, Martin worked for several years as a partner at Capital Conseil where, with a team of professionals, he carried out several financing and business transfer mandates. Earlier on, he held the position of commercial account manager at a major financial institution and, during this time, he had the pleasure of advising companies in various sectors and implementing financing solutions tailored to their needs. Martin is an experienced professional known for his integrity, creativity, ability to work as a team, and commitment to the success of each entrepreneur’s project.

Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a certificate in Financial Planning. He is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec. He is also a member of the board of directors of a non-profit organization.
