BIOGRAPHY
Frédéric is a partner and co-founder of EC2. He has over 25 years of experience in managing and negotiating transactions, including cross-border transactions in Canada, the United States and Europe.
In recent years, he led many financing and business transfer mandates for a wide variety of SMEs as a partner at Capital Conseil.
He previously held the position of Vice President Finance for several high-tech companies. He also led the Canadian syndication activities at GE Capital and worked as an investment manager for a venture capital fund.
Frédéric is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a graduate of HEC Montréal, and holds an MBA from McGill University.
