BIOGRAPHY
Daphnée is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) passionate about business development. She began her career at a renowned accounting firm, where she honed her auditing skills from the start. She then deepened her expertise by working within SMEs, holding leadership positions in accounting and finance departments. These varied experiences have allowed her to develop a thorough understanding of financial and transactional processes, as well as a strategic vision of business issues unique to each project.
As a M&A and Corporate finance Analyst at EC2, Daphnée is particularly motivated by supporting businesses through crucial stages of their journey. Throughout her career, she has worked on various and complex cases, ranging from acquisitions to restructurings and financing projects, which has enhanced her ability to navigate advanced financial management contexts.
Daphnée is also highly involved in the business community. She is a member of the Young Business Leaders of the Rouyn-Noranda Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has been honored with the “Merit Award” from Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. She actively participates in several boards of directors, supporting initiatives that promote economic development and the growth of local businesses. This involvement reflects her desire to make a tangible difference, particularly with the individuals she meets, by adopting a professional approach that combines listening, expertise, and determination.
