BIOGRAPHY
André is a partner and co-founder of EC2. As an entrepreneur, he has contributed to the growth of technology companies. He has successfully led several financing transactions and sold companies to European and American buyers.
André maintains a close relationship with the entrepreneurs he supports. He believes in fostering long-term, trustworthy partnerships with clients to assist them in each phase of their companies’ development.
With more than 25 years of experience with SMEs, as part of management teams and in financing, he has also supported succession teams during the sale of private companies. In addition, he worked in private investments for a major institutional fund.
André began his career in certifications at PwC. He then worked in the firm’s Financial Advisory Services. He is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA, CA) and holds the title of Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).
